If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had another local garage in Clearfield complete the annual inspection for my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. They said everything looked good except that the wheel bearing needed replaced and the brakes and rotors would need replaced within the next six months. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the technology to replace my back brakes and rotors so I decided to take it to the Chrysler dealership. Everything got replaced, and as soon as I drove my van off the lot, my front left brake was screeching extremely loud and every time I hit any sort of bump there was a rattling in the front right hood area (where the wheel bearing was). I took it back immediately and waited for about an hour. They said they fixed both noises. I pulled out again and while the break noise was gone, the rattling was still there. Since they closed as I was leaving, I went back first thing my the next morning. They said they would refund me the price/labor for the wheel bearing and would take a look. I got a call saying that it was the steering rack and I would have to get it fixed. I let them know that when I dropped my van off the first time to get serviced, it was not making that noise, therefore I hoped they would do the right thing and fix it. I spoke to multiple garages and they agreed that likely the steering rack was damaged while the wheel bearing was being replaced (I was told by one tech that a new tech had worked on my van for a short time). I was thankful that they agreed and even gave me a car to use. However, my van was with them over two weeks, three weeks in all for everything. I picked it up after they replaced the steering rack and sure enough there is still something rattling very loudly in the same area any time I go over 45 miles an hour. I went back in to ask for the service report from the service manager and explained why, and he had no concern whatsoever and simply said “Huh, that’s weird.” No bother or care to fix the issue that is still ongoing. I’m sure I’ll get a similar response to this review. I now have to take my van to another garage, and will be paying for everything out of pocket. ALL I needed was new breaks and rotors, and a front wheel bearing, and now, because of their incompetence I have to pay to have other issues fixed that they caused. Super disappointed in my experience and would not recommend them to anyone.

I called the service department on a Thursday morning to see if they would have any availibility to look into a wheel bearing, a check engine light, and a few other electronic issues. They say they have a time available at 1. Great, I take it. I show up at 12:58. "Oh, your appointment was actually for 12:30". Alright sure, I was explicitly told 1, but okay. Later in the day they call and ask "so it's all going to be a warranty. So do you need this back right now. Cause they have it torn apart." I say no just keep it and deal with. The next day, no call or update. The weekend passes and I call on Monday. At this point they are frustrated that i am asking because it is 10 minutes until close of business. She says she will call me back tomorrow morning to tell me what is going on. Tuesday morning comes and goes, so I call again. "Sir. We are waiting on Dodge to tell us what to do with your car, so it's just waiting." - She is aggravated. "Okay, and what about the wheel bearing?" I inquire. "Well he said he rolled it out there but didn't see or hear anything" - she is defensive. "Alright. Well when I turn, I hear it and smell burning metal so..." "Sir I'm not calling you a liar" "Alright. When is my car going to be done?!" "Sir. As I said. We just need to wait to hear from Dodge, so I really don't have an answer for you!" Got it! 👍

Bought a chevy colorado from them that been problems since the day I bought it noticed issues with it on the way home with it. I put 15,000 miles on it since owning and already put transmission, thermostat, caliper +brakes, body valve, torque converter, all new camshaft, couple solenoid, and a couple sensors and the list keeps piling up my advice is LOOK ELSE WHERE DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!
