I had an amazing experience with this dealership! I came to Chance and told him I was interested in a specific expedition , he even helped me fill out the application and all. Being a busy mom and running a business this helped a lot! I then was approved we negotiated the terms with Hayden the general manager and he was amazing and understood where we wanted to be price wise and worked with us! When I showed up to get my vehicle I was over the moon with it. We then signed the papers and took it home! My husband & I had a great experience with Joshua Carter at Five Star Toyota. He was so polite and laid back. He didn’t show any aggravation or pressure during the entire process. The original truck we were interested in didn't work out but luckily another one caught our eye. It was way out of our budget but Josh and his managers made sure they did everything they possibly could to see us drive out of the lot in that truck satisfied with price and payments.
