Took my car in for it's very first service today. The service department is efficient and friendly. Even with the stress of using a brand new computer system, Jacob got my car checked in for service very quickly, and notified me promptly when it was ready for pick up. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, he pointed me to the cashier when he could tell I wasn't sure where to go. The gal at the cashier counter ensured the services completed were correct, and got me out of there very quickly. Walter(?) Pulled my car around and was very pleasant as well. My car was even sparkly clean! I'm glad a chose a Chevrolet, and i'm pleased that the service team will be taking care of my new car.

Took my vehicle in here a few months ago. My duramax had a failed CP4. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and got it back up and running. While working with them I was in another state. I worked with Taylor Nelson the entire time he was amazing he'd answer my texts or calls in a quickly manner and sometimes late at night. Taylor was honestly the most helpful and nicest person to deal with. I can not speak highly enough for him. Such a great great guy.

We have been customers of Flagstaff Chevrolet (formerly Terrell Marxen Chevrolet) for over 20 years, having purchased at least 6 SUVs and Trucks. So, of course, we've also been customers of their Service Department. Our recent visit to get an oil change was just another of our many wonderful experiences there, particularly with the help of technicians Zoe and Jacob. They greeted us promptly at our scheduled appointment time, were friendly and efficient as always, and finished our service in the promised amount of time. We ALWAYS highly recommend Flagstaff Chevrolet to friends and family.

Traveling from N Myrtle Beach SC and needed the 15000 mile oil change and service for my Silverado 2500. Stopped in and spoke with Jacob. They were installing a new computer system but he said bring it back in the morning and we will get you in. Came back and they took me right in. An hour later we were on our way! Oh yea they even washed my truck. Excellent customer care!!

We came to Flagstaff from Utah on limited power from our Equinox. We stayed the night and took our car into the dealership at 8:30 am without an appointment! They took it in and diagnosed it was the turbo unit! Luckily they had one in stock and we got our car back at 4:30 pm. I would give them 20 stars if I could. I would also shout out to all the staff from the courtesy car driver to the sales personnel all top notch and going out of there way to make us comfortable! Thank you Flagstaff Chevrolet!!!!! You Rock! Jacob please work on your communication skills! You still rock!
