The Express Service was very busy when I arrived. However, they offered a friendly greeting and explained that the Express Service would take longer than usual for an oil change. They finished the service within the estimated time, and provided a complete and concise summary of my car's inspection, including what might need service next and the status of mechanical areas that are in good condition.

I had the most positive car buying experience at this dealership. From the start they have the best prices around for a certified preowned car. My salesman, Jordan, made the whole process so easy and hassle free. He put together comparison pricing for different cars I was between, financing options, sent videos, and discussed transportation of the car since I live in Phoenix. Everything was done quick and efficiently and they were able to get me the car the next day! Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was so friendly, making a stressful process really easy and accommodating. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!

We recently purchase a new vehicle. We drove up from Phoenix specifically to purchase a new car from Flagstaff Subaru. We worked with Joseph B and Holly H. and the two of them were amazing. I wouldn't trust going to this dealership I gotten a used jeep there and everything seemed ligit with the vehicle at a surprising price. Even the sales person told me the only thing that needs replacing is 1 part that connects to the muffler. I believed him. So I got the vehicle. Took it home and started going through a lot of issues. 1 headlight out that I got pulled over, a gas smell into the vehicle and a leak. Everytime I took it back they would charge me. So finally I took it to a different shop where they found a bad engine. The engine is glued with silicone, etc. the mechanics also told me the parts that were put in were not put in right. Also they made the top part look nice and new but underneath there is a lot of damage. So I wouldn't go there for anything. If the Subaru mechanics were good like the sales manager said they were they would have found these issues. Sales manager always says he puts his trust in his mechanics, I don't think so. It's prob his friends that's why he keeps saying that. So dont go to this place. Save yourself time and money and find a place where they have warranty.
