I am so thankful for the kindness and excellent service that we received at this dealership. When the engine died on our old car, we were in a pickle trying to figure out how to get back home which is about 2 hours away. We decided to check out their vehicles and ended up buying a vehicle from them. They were so helpful and dropped everything to get the new car ready for delivery. Some businesses might be tempted to take advantage of people who are stranded far from home, but everyone at this dealership was so helpful and gave us decent, fair pricing. I would definitely buy from this dealership again and will be getting my new vehicle serviced there during my visits to the thumb. A special thank you to Trevor, the sales associate who took so much time with us and kept us informed throughout the process.

From first step in the door our experience was great. We were gathering information and had zero pressure from our salesperson. He took time to print information for us and to talk about vehicles. We called back in a few days to schedule a test drive and to get more information. Again, a great experience. Since 2014, we’ve purchased and leased 8 vehicles from Luke Flannery, and traded in 1. They gave a fair dollar on the trade in and a great deal on the new lease! They go above and beyond to find GM and dealer incentives as common as lease loyalty, to competitor vehicle discounts, down to the little things like “do you have a Costco membership”. I can tell they value customer retention over making a few extra dollars on a sale. I live nearly 3 hours away and happily drive past 50 dealerships to continuously give them my business. I will continue to come back for new vehicles in the future, and send referrals whenever someone is looking for a positive vehicle hunting experience!
