My wife and I had a wonderful experience with the entire team at Flow Mazda of Fayetteville, but the personal care from Jenni Inman as the salesperson was was phenomenal. I live in Cary, NC and although over the years I have bought 4 Mazdas locally it has always been a hassle and never felt good after the sale, tarnishing the thrill of a new car. I decided to contact Flow and started negotiating with their team on the price, options and models. Jenni was assigned to be my salesperson and consultant. As I was over an hour away everything was done over the phone. She personally would go out to the lot and take photos of the cars interior, discuss colors, photographed the window stickers. She was the eyes and ears into the decision on the car selection. The final cost negotiations where with the sales manager Ryan Frazee and it was comfortable and serious negotiations and received a fair and aggressive pricing. Unlike the local dealer the first quote was fair and not too far from the final quote we agreed on no hidden costs and very clear dealings..The financing was done smoothly By Joshua Kavalary the Finance manager and it was also a positive experience as I felt he was treating us with us in mind. I was able to enjoy both the new CX90 and the experience with Flow and their team. Thanks Jenni for being the lead person in our positive experience.
