Flow Automotive - Statesville

Travelling from Canada to St Simon Island Georgia, we experienced car trouble with our Sate Fe losing power on the highway. Fortunately we were able to locate Flow Auto, which was right off the highway! Matt Anderson, from the service department greeted us, reviewed our issues and setup a diagnostic test. It was revealed our engine was “toast” and he cautioned not to continue driving it. Options were reviewed, and none sounded good! However, Matt informed us that this particular engine had problems and there was a possibility replacement under warranty might be an option. Being from Canada he wasn’t clear on our warranty coverage, but advised us he would enquire and follow up with us ASAP. Matt helped us locate a rental location and due to the lateness of the day, he drove us the short trip to secure a vehicle before they closed. We off loaded all our belongings from our Sante Fe prior to the dealership closing and headed on our way. Four days later Matt informed us the engine would be replaced under warranty, with the new engine arriving in approximately 3 weeks time. We were vacationing for 6 weeks so would be able to return to Statesville when the repair completed. Matt contacted with us weekly via email, to check in, and give any updates available. Our Sante Fe was indeed ready for pickup once the new engine was installed in 3 weeks! Matt and the mechanic who worked on our car (apologies for forgetting his name), were extremely kind, compassionate and very professional. Can’t thank you enough for making a very traumatic event tolerable, and ultimately allowing us to enjoy our holiday. Doug Agan was the first person we met when we arrived at Randy Marion Ford. I can’t say enough positive words about this salesman. He made the process of buying my bronco painless. I just became the new owner of a Flow-certified, slightly used 350Z. I live in Columbia, SC and found the car advertised on the internet. The dealership is 2+ hours away, but I could tell Flow Automotive was top notch. I contacted them and communicated with CRC Agent, Cailey Sween, about setting up a test drive. She was invaluable, setting up the VIP test drive appointment and answering some process questions I had. She connected me to Salesman, Bobby Piland, who stayed in touch with me up to the appointment. We arrived 20 minutes early and he already had the car detailed and ready for the test drive. Bobby made the entire purchase process go smoothly even when State Farm had issues on their end which could have delayed the purchase. Bobby and Cailey eased my mind through the entire process and made this an easy decision to purchase from Flow. Thank you both!!!

My grandmother went to purchase a car yesterday at Flow Hyundai in Statesville. We travelled almost two hours to get there and were on a time crunch. Majority of the process was done over the phone, so we needed to test drive the car and do paperwork. Upon arrival, our salesperson, Chriss, had the car ready to go. We got straight in the new car for a test drive, and Chriss even went with us since we were unfamiliar with the area. She made the entire process and absolute breeze. Chriss is absolutely THE BEST salesperson we have ever worked with!! She even recommended good food in the area since we were starving! Aside from our salesperson, all of the staff members are very friendly. Gary, the finance manager, was also quite awesome!! There was never any pressure and time was given to make decisions that needed to be made. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. If you haven’t bought a car here, or haven’t worked with Chriss, you’re missing out!!

Love these guys. They always keep our babies in tip top shape with competitive pricing. Now they are renovating their showroom and waiting area. I can't wait to see the results. Go Toyota!!! The new showroom is ab fab! Great job, guys. Now, can we get a deli, too?
