I had a great experience at Flow BMW. I was after a specific pre-owned Volkswagen Golf, and Jon did an excellent job taking care of me. I came into town after a long drive and he had the car and paperwork ready so everything moved quickly and efficiently. Jon was respectful, likable, and professional. The car was beautifully detailed and clearly well maintained—interior, exterior, and engine. Sometimes you can’t really tell until you see it up close, but this one exceeded expectations. I drove it three hours home and it drove like a dream.
This was our first BMW experience. We had the absolute pleasure of working with the very patient and kind Jon Crook. We did not know exactly what we wanted. He showed us several models and trim levels. He explained the options and features. I appreciate how this dealership is no pressure and about helping you find the perfect fit! The Sales Manager, Jon Buckner, was helpful in finding the best deal for us and the Finance Manger, Avdo Aljic, took time to explain all the additional service add ons and how they could benefit us. Our overall experience was top notch start to finish!
We went to Flow yesterday to start our car shopping day, but between the amazing customer service shown by Carson (sales) and Kelly (General Manager), we were happy not to look anywhere else and picked up a beautiful 330 there! So much thanks to the team at Flow, the culture there is clearly great!
I just picked up my BMW and had an excellent service experience. Jasmine Wilson my Service Advisor was phenomenal going above and beyond from start to finish. She kept me informed and made sure I received superior service. I live a few hours away from this dealership but getting service like this makes it worth the drive.
