# Summary The dealership receives consistently high praise for its sales team, with customers highlighting exceptional service from individual salespeople who prioritize customer needs and provide pressure-free shopping experiences. However, one customer experienced significant frustration with the service department regarding a sunroof repair issue, citing poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and repeated failed repair attempts.
I absolutely would recommended Brandon and Carver! Both were so helpful in getting me a new car! Will definitely be going back to see them in the further for a new car!!! They are very honest with you and helps you in any way possible. I wasn’t able to get approved through the dealership but Brandon recommended that I go to the bank and get an auto loan. I got approval for the amount of the car I wanted and Carver helped me finish all paperwork and got me all set in my new car! Once again HIGHLY recommend going and see either one of these great sales men!!!!
I brought my vehicle in multiple times over the last year for an ongoing sunroof issue and unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been extremely disappointing during my most recent visits. During a previous visit, the service manager told me that if I brought the vehicle back for the sunroof issue, they would take care of it at no cost to me because of everything I had already been through. Based on that conversation, I returned this week believing the issue would finally be resolved and that they would honor what was promised earlier this month. What makes this even more frustrating is that the work completed during my last visit was NOT the final repair or actual solution to the problem I had originally reported when I emailed the service team to show the issue I was experiencing. I left believing the issue had either been resolved, but if it had not been, they were standing behind the repair process moving forward. Instead, after multiple visits, time without my vehicle, repeated inconvenience, and ongoing issues, I am now being told they will not cover the repair costs after all since the work completed from the previous visit is not what I need completed now. Not only is the sunroof still not fixed, but the communication throughout this process has been inconsistent and misleading. It seems that there are no standard practices in place on how communication is handled between the service team and the technicians. Since my email communication to my advisor did not get passed along to the technician to complete the repair correctly the first time. To be fair, the service manager did previously compensate me during an earlier visit, which I appreciated at the time since they failed to inform me of the cost of the work before it was completed and it ended up not being the work that was needed to complete the originally reported issue. However, that does not change the fact that I was told the sunroof issue would be handled if I brought the vehicle back in again for the same issue. That commitment is ultimately why I returned. However, since John the service manager refunded me for the incorrect work at my last visit he does not feel that he owes me anything for keeping his promise that if the sunroof has the same issue I brought it in for again it is on them. Just seems that he feels he is already out of money for one mistake and cannot afford to be out anymore once other errors in communication were revealed. I understand repairs can sometimes be complicated and costly, but clear communication and honoring commitments matter. I simply expected the dealership to stand behind what was promised and provide a real resolution after multiple failed attempts to fix the issue and fixing "issues" that were not the reason the car was brought in for in the first place. John feels that since the issue was fixed last year and the car has gone so many miles, it is just another instance of a failure of the seal. I feel that if that stood by their work and knew it was going to be of the quality one would expect I should not have had to bring my Buick back again one year later. It's a sunroof seal. I feel in many other brands those last for more than just 6 years which is the age of my car. Based on my experience, if you have to complete service here I would strongly encourage others to get everything in writing and ask very direct questions about what is and is not actually being repaired before leaving the service department, and confirm any communication sent via email is shared with the correct people. Otherwise, when you return John's commitment to your experience and service may change from what he stated at your previous visit.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Carver spent as much time as I needed to help me get the correct truck for my needs. He even helped me look at competitors' specs. When I decided to purchase a truck, there was no pressure, and the sales/finance team was able to provide me with good options. I was able to get a deal that felt good for me! The best thing is that I did not feel pressured on time or to purchase! Carver was amazing!!!
If you need to purchase a vehicle, please ask for Vinny because you will not be disappointed. He was amazing thru the entire process. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and overall pleasant to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way. I even reached out to ask some questions about my new Terrain Denali 2 months after purchase and he was just as friendly and happy to help. Thats true customer service right there!
Outstanding experience in every way. Marie was Amazing to work with. I will always use their dealership And highly recommend everyone do the same. You won't regret it.
