Flow Cadillac of Wilmington

I bought a CPO CLA45AMG from Flow Cadillac in November. This is the second time I got the vehicle maintenance here the first time they damaged my tire and replaced it free of charge. I asked if this would affect my AWD system and was told the tread was close enough in spec to be safe. I also asked them to check my transmission fluid to see if it would need to be changed as recommended by Mercedes Benz service intervals. They informed me that it was clean and recently changed but there is no indication of this on paperwork or in the car fax. This time I was quoted 3500 for a full systems fluid flush and replacement as recommended by Mercedes Benz service intervals and spark plugs. I was informed my 2 year/24month free maintenance only included oil changes and tire rotation so I opted just to get the free maintenance. My tires were not rotated. After 15 minutes of driving my vehicle began to shake and an audible light grinding noise began. I checked my oil dipstick after letting the car cool down and realized the oil was not even filled to the minimum fill line. In addition my engine cover was damaged and rattling in the engine bay. I will only be coming back for my drivetrain warranty. I was quoted $1000 for what I wanted to get done by East Coast Euro Works and they also threw in some other things including a serpentine belt replacement, differential fluid swap. I’m very curious on what the process is in certifying pre owned vehicles through this dealership. Only good experience I’ve had at this dealership is when Ben Howell sold me the car.

We had been doing research for months before deciding to go check and test drive the different Makes and models. The first place we went to test drive a car. We talked about the car, the history, price and other cars as I drove. No stress felt, no pushing at all. Stated we would be back was going to test drive some other vehicles we researched. George said check out the others, I’m off tomorrow. As we were looking, we knew we had already decided to go back for that car, although we know it was the one.. but, not just because the car but George Morton our sales representative was absolutely fantastic! Everyone at the dealership was nice, very friendly. George M #1 and the atmosphere was wonderful; for my husband and I both to be impressed, and him to say make sure you write a review for them, it was a great feeling. We will absolutely go back to Flow Acura of Wilmington NC.
