I had a great experience working with the whole team when I purchased my new Honda CR-V Trailsport. I worked closely with Brandon Riley who made the process very smooth and made the experience stress free. Originally about a month prior to this, I test drove and was going to purchase a certified pre owned Trailsport and decided against it. Brandon was great with following up with me and keeping me informed with special rates in the weeks following. I returned and was interested in the specific green CR-V Trailsport which they did not have on the lot. The team was very quick in locating a new one for me that could be delivered next day. The following day I came to pick it up and got free window tinting as well! The entire team and Brandon specifically were extremely friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and professional. This dealership should be the model for easiest car deals. I worked with Josie, Jennifer, and Scott this past Saturday. I was trading in my 23 pilot for a 26 and the process couldn’t have been easier. Not often you can inquire and drive away in a new car all in one day. From first contact I was given excellent service, pricing when I asked, I didn’t have to wait around and they didn’t add any fluff. There was no pressure during the process and truly a great experience! Thank you to the team who made my mother’s day amazing!!

The transaction was very easy. I made the negotiations and most of the purchase over the phone. The New Car Sales Manager Jennifer was professional and very easy to work with. Sales Associate Noah and Finance Manager Scott Hendricks was professional as well. The price of the car was the reason I chose this dealership instead of Asheboro Honda. The only negative is that we picked up the car at the end of the day when they was about to close and they didn’t seem to make the purchase special in any way to my family and I. But no big deal. If you want the best price with no frills, then Flow Honda Burlington is the best place to go for a new Honda. Would definitely recommend.

Instead, he took the time to gather the right information, communicate clearly, and work with the Sales Manager (kudos to her, Jen Baldonado) to help me make the best decision, as I purchased a new Honda Civic from Flow Honda in Burl town.
