Ms. Kristal Harden did an AMAZING job at making me feel well-versed in knowledge about my purchase and all that Nissan has to offer. I have never walked in a dealership and felt truly supported and heard on what MY needs/wants were. I did not feel pressured nor did I feel like I would not be getting my moneys worth. Went with a friend to check out some Frontiers. We were met by Robyn Sales Mgr. and Dominique McAllister Sales Rep. Although I was not there to buy a vehicle, I was treated with respect as if I was purchasing a vehicle. My friend was very pleased with the whole transaction. Great Staff! Professional and fun to work with. They worked hard making sure I got the car I wanted and made sure on delivery it was in perfect shape. Jason Ford and Robin McLamb were awesome. No pressure and went out of the way to make me happy. Plus I gained two new friends. Definitely look to FLOW for your NISSAN needs.

Kevin was fantastic. flow gave a great price and were incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, but didn't pester me with unnecessary overlapping of texts, email, etc. when I arrived, they had the exact two vehicles I inquired about up front and were ready to go. Price ended up better than advertised as well. Professional from top to bottom. I have probably purchased 8-9 vehicles from dealerships, Kevin Gonzalez -Guzman was the best representative I've worked with. Flow was great as well. Our previous purchase was a new Pathfinder at Deacon Jones in Goldsboro... Night and day here.
