Flow Nissan of Statesville

I visited Flow Nissan on Thursday, needed a more capable vehicle. I met with Rick Pitre out on the lot and he helped me pick out a Frontier that would do everything and more that I needed. The truck is awesome, Ive been showing it off like a proud papa! But most importantly dealing with Rick and the whole Flow team was a great experience. Rick got me a great deal and financing and as we moved through the sale I had the opportunity meet several other members of the team. Kam was super helpful with setting up the MyNissan app as well as the Flow Garage app. All the people there were great. While I was waiting my wife and I had a great conversation with Jessica at the service desk. Also, the next day when I came back to have a tonneau cover installed Leann did a great job communicating with me as my truck moved through the process. This dealership didn’t feel like a dealership, it felt like visiting old family friends.

Last September, I purchased my second vehicle from Flow and had a great experience with the previous management team. Unfortunately, this most recent experience has been extremely frustrating. On October 22nd, I received a text from a business manager stating that I owed nearly $800 in sales tax. Since I financed the vehicle, I was confused as to why I would need to pay this out of pocket. I was told that the DMV was holding my tag due to unpaid sales tax. However, by the end of November, there was still no resolution. After the previous GM left the store, I finally spoke with the new GM to explain the situation. His response was, “You should call your buddy,” which was very unprofessional, especially considering this was clearly an internal issue that needed to be resolved by the dealership. Fast forward to today — I went to my local tag office and was informed that the sales tax had already been paid and that the tag had been sent to Flow back in October. It’s very concerning that I was being asked to pay an additional $800 unnecessarily. Thankfully, the DMV representative was able to resolve everything within 15 minutes. While they may offer competitive pricing on vehicles, the administrative issues and lack of professionalism after the sale can create unnecessary stress and frustration.

Just wanted to update my previous review from 6 months ago. Flow Nissan Service and Parts team provide great customer service!! Friendly, professional and knowledgable. The women at service counter are great and Mack in parts also a credit to Flow Nissan! I always recommend them to family and friends. Flow Nissan is a great place to lease a new car. The staff treated my wife and I very professionally with no pressure and clear explanations of options and costs. We've been leasing many years and we highly recommend them. Salespeople QeVaris, Maritza, Sam and manager Frank were great. We'll definitely be repeat customers!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Flow Auto Mall. Every time I start looking for a new vehicle, this is the first place I check. I found exactly what I needed and got to work with a team that really makes you feel like a person, not just a customer. Aaron Ervin, Kameron Rucker, and Kirah McLaughlin went above and beyond from start to finish. They were honest, friendly, and kept every promise they made. The whole process was smooth, quick, and professional, but still personal. Kameron and Kirah paid attention to every little detail and answered all of my questions, which was super important since I was coming from out of state. I didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership, and the level of service and care was amazing. This was my second visit to Flow Auto Mall and I will absolutely be back when it’s time for a new vehicle. They really are the best team around. If you go, you will not regret it. We went, on arrival was met by a very nice person's before exiting my car. It was silivia (my sale rep). We got right to my visit on why. Salives inform me or my options I had , not only the vehicle I was there to see and buy but other vehicle in my prices range. She make my daughter and I comfortable, knowledgeable and assisting in all ways. Price i wants to buy, was my main issues. We narrowed it down down to two vehicles. The hard part came... that was to make purchasing it for my range. Aaron's (finance mgr). Went over different types to paid, Cash was mine. Short time after talking to Aaron, Everything came full circle. I agree with my price, my daughter was satisfy with everyone at Flow Nissan dealership involved from start to finish. AS the saying go's...She is loving it. Thanks everyone for making her dream come true. In need of a vehicle.. Call Silivia, you would regret it.. another satisfy customer times two.
