As always, the scheduling process with Flow Subaru Service is extremely easy. I was actually going to be a little late - called - and they had the space available to set the service for 15 minutes later - making the 40 minute drive non hectic. Charles checked me in, and it was fantastic to reconnect with him from the bike shop. The folks in service completed the oil change / tire rotation quickly with a quick car wash. Charles let me know the vehicle will need tires soon, so that was helpful. They took care of the Fleet paperwork, so no hassles for me there. Another excellent service!

Bill Shane and Clayton in sales specifically helped us. They were so patient with our millions of questions, our slow decision making process and wanting to see it all. We never felt pressured. I had a fine experience at Flow Subaru of Winston Salem. I was greeted almost immediately by Caleb which was very helpful and straightforward . The oil change and 10 point inspection went almost too soon. I was blessed to have received a $20.00 discount on a synthetic oil and filter change. I was debating wether to take my 2025 Subaru Forester Limited there or to the selling dealer Williams Subaru on Charlotte. After my experience at Flow, I may have found a home for my Subie.
