I had been looking for a couple of weeks to get a replacement for our old truck that a deer decided to jump in front of. Flow in Burlington had a Toyota Tundra that fit what I was looking for. Dylan did a very good job showing me the truck, going through the history with me and answering my questions. Also, found out about some great perks that the dealership gives which I did not expect with a used vehicle. Overall a great experience and really appreciate his help.

Alexandria was very helpful and the entire process to schedule my service appointment and get my car worked on was very easy. Also, she explained everything that was done in detail and let me know of additional items that needed to be taken care of. The technician took a video to explain additional concerns and Alexandria provided costs and explanation. I have been very pleased with my car I purchased from Flow and the Customer Service.

I went to Flow VW for service on a bad tire. They checked the car and informed me that it would be part of my warranty coverage. I was impressed that I didn’t have to ask for them to check.
