I have been a Flow VW customer for over 13 years. I bought my Beetle there & have done all my check-ups & repair work there since 2013. I was never disappointed, always helped & served to my complete satisfaction. Everybody is polite, friendly & very knowledgeable. They know you & are ready & willing to help & assist you whenever you contact them. I know I will come back whenever I need somebody to take care of my car. Try their service, you won’t regret it.
I've had multiple great experiences at Flow Volkswagen of Durham! They have serviced my 2020 Tiguan many times and have done an exceptional job. The employees are communicative, kind, and professional. Hector assisted with me on my service this week and did an outstanding job. I've worked with David in the past as well, and both have provided above and beyond service. Hector was incredibly knowledgeable with the questions I had regarding my vehicle, and worked to get a shuttle to take me home while waiting for my service to be complete. They are a great team and I would highly recommend this dealership to any VW owner!
