That same night, I went to see the Atlas Sport, and Christopher Snider (the car consultant) already had it parked at the dealership door, with the engine running and a pink interior, waiting for me to test-drive it. I also met Harvey, the used-car supervisor—such a kind and attentive person; it was the most pleasant first experience I’d ever had with anyone at a dealership. Afterward, I had the opportunity to meet the rest of the team. I had never bought a car in less than 24 hours; it was a unique experience, but I’ll never forget Harvey and Christopher’s kindness. Their patience, focus, clarity, and transparency made it an unforgettable experience. I also want to give credit to John McGraw for helping make this dream possible. My husband and I were so satisfied with the ethics. The professionalism and information provided by Christopher were so impressive that if we had the opportunity to buy or recommend a dealership, we would choose one based on his standards. Just had an excellent experience working with the Flow VW team while searching for a CPO VW Tiguan for my daughter. My interactions with John M in the internet sales office, William the Preowned Sales Manager, and John W as the sales rep were stellar. All of them were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and straight forward to work with. Just the right mix of being helpful without being pushy. Really appreciated that. They answered all my detailed questions clearly and made the search process easy. Highly recommend them.

This review is for the service department and Josh. I have been taking my now 11 yr old car to this dealership since 2022, I trust Josh. He would tell me something was urgent that better to be fixed now, some could wait, and sometime it was a simple annual maintenance. I recommend him if you are taking your car to this dealership for service.

Service was performed in the time frame I was working with and my service request was spur of the moment. The staff was professional and friendly.
