I got the pleasure of working with Justin and Marshall on finding a vehicle from VW that could fit our growing family. The 2020 Tiguan we got was pre-owned and in excellent condition. I just want to say thank you for such a terrific service department I had an issue with my air conditioner in my vehicle. Clinton was kind, professional and courteous. He made sure that I was provided with a loaner (out of State and staying outside the Wilmington area), which made everything work so smoothly. My vehicle was repaired and well taken care of, not to mention I was treated like family. Thank you again for everything.

I want to share the positive experience I had at Flow VW over the past few weeks with both the Service and Sales teams which lead to my Mom purchasing a new car. She was actually replacing an older car that she also purchased from Flow. The entire service team treated Mom with professionalism every time we visited. I could tell they all knew her well and geniuely recognized her as a valued customer. Yesterday, Matt and Shane made Mom's transition to a new vehicle smooth and painless. I was impressed that we did not have to spend a lot of time waiting and with their ability to get Mom the right car at the right price. Overall, Flow VW is filled with friendly and professional staff that helped us with service and purchase of a new car.

Traded in my car for a 2023 Taos and it was such an easy and smooth process. Justin was the best and helped me feel comfortable with my decision. Never pushy and very authentic.
