Flow Volvo Cars Greensboro

I purchased a vehicle from them (with a warranty) this past September. 1st bad service, the seat had two rips in the seam and they informed they would pay for the repairs and for me at my convenience to schedule it to be repaired. They used an independent company for repair and I can’t remember the name of the company. When the young lady came and got me and said she was finished…see pics below. I had to keep my composure and showed the first team member I could get a hold off. He was displeased with the repair himself but said if I had any problems to contact them instead of just rescheduling and doing a proper repair instead of a patch job. Then In late December the check engine light and the oil light (car had oil) came on. So I let them know and promptly returned the vehicle for repairs. My service advisor reached out to me and informed me of the repairs that were required and that she had reached out to the warranty company herself. Of course the required repairs weren’t covered. So I paid out of pocket a lot of money to them. I live in Va, an hour away, and before I got home my oil came on. So i called back once i reached home. My service advisor was busy and i was told she would call me back, she never did. I had to call. When I did get in contact with her she informed me that the part was not warrantied because it wasn’t a “Volvo” part. Then said that the car would need to be taken to a factory dealership to be repaired. To add insult to injury she tells me to contact the warranty company to see if they would cover the repair, after she did initially and knew that they wouldn’t cover. Horrible experience with this dealership.

Isa from the Service team always takes good care of me. She keeps me updated with the progress of the work being done on my car. Chrissy and the entire team is wonderful, this group will f people is the face of Flow Volvo. I own one of the safest cars in the world and I feel safe trusting them with my car. I have been in the Volvo family for over very 5 years and I can’t see myself driving anything else other than a Volvo. Thanks Chrissy and team for making me comfortable with the service you all provide.

Kristin was wonderful from start to finish. She was so helpful and checked in during my wait for service. She also helped me get in touch with Matt to look at a potential purchase. Matt was also great to work with!

My husband and I purchased our XC90 from this dealership and we have nothing but great things to say about them! Our sales associate, Brianna, was so kind and very knowledgeable and the manager Brian and finance guy Brooks were great. We didn't feel like we were being pushed into something just to get a sale, we truly felt cared for here! We intend on keeping this car for a very long time, but when the time comes that we need to upgrade, we will definitely be returning, as well as recommending to all of our friends. Thank you!
