# Summary Experiences at this dealership vary significantly, with some customers praising knowledgeable salespeople, smooth purchasing processes, and friendly staff, while others report poor customer service including being ignored on the showroom floor and difficulty reaching staff by phone. The dealership's service quality appears inconsistent, with satisfaction heavily dependent on which employees customers interact with during their visit.
I bought my first ever new car here and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. Ernie was a great salesman and helped me every step of the way. He was thorough with explaining the process and telling me about the cars. The staff were respectful, kind, and trusting. Amazing!
⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at Flower Honda. I came in specifically to look at a Honda Accord and was genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle. I walked through the showroom and spent time looking around, expecting that at some point a salesperson would approach me or at least acknowledge that I was there. Unfortunately, that never happened. Not one employee greeted me, asked if I needed assistance, or seemed interested in helping me. I felt completely ignored the entire time I was there. After waiting and realizing nobody was going to help me, I left and went to a Toyota dealership instead. The difference was night and day. I was greeted immediately, treated professionally, and ended up purchasing a Toyota Camry that same day. It’s frustrating because Flower Honda had an opportunity to earn my business, but the lack of customer service cost them a sale. A simple greeting or conversation could have made all the difference. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
I called today and spoke to Gabriella about my problem, she transferred me to someone who wasn’t at her desk so I left a VM. I kept calling and somebody picks up the phone in the sales team (After 3 calls and 2 voice messages to different departments), sales guy who by the way did not introduce himself and sounded very annoyed to do his job or be working on a Saturday, told me that the service people are no there and that there is nobody there that can help me right now “Everyone is home” “They already left” “Call on Monday”. Mind you, I just needed to know if the transmission service was done before I bought my car a year ago. Which should have been done but I prefer to be safe than sorry. Hours on google show the dealership is open until 6pm, service department until 3 pm. Honestly, this is a horrible experience, How hard is to get someone on the phone that can access the car history to see whats been done or not? Maybe just share that with other Honda dealerships, that way you don’t have people calling for this.
Process was quick, smooth and easy! Got approved in 2 days for my new car! JD was very helpful with my first time experience buying a car!
We had been looking for my husband a used truck or SUV for several months. We liked that Flowers Honda/Nissan offered a lifetime warranty. Devan and Hunter were helpful at keeping us informed of what was in stock and our financing options. My husband finally decided on an SUV and Hunter helped us get the best deal. He was a hoot and kept us laughing through the whole process! The buying process was quick and we were in and out in a couple hours. We highly recommend Flowers Honda/Nissan and Devan and Hunter as salesmen.
