Allan was my sales person he was amazing , very knowledgeable and so polite and kind. 2 Saturday's ago I went into Focus they didn't have exactly what I was looking for sent me out in a Mitsubishi. Was not the SUV for me. Allan kept my information so if he had something come in after my test drive he called me a few days later that 2014 Hyundai low mileage and was a six seater was coming in on trade. Came in the Friday night test drove it last Sat really felt it was the one. Took it for a 2nd test drive so my friend could check it out for me. When I went back with it told him definetley wanted it put deposit down. picked my SUV up last Saturday and I live it. Allan is a very caring man he was nothing but helpful with helping me through what I needed to do to buy my SUV. I would defineley recommend if anyone needs a newer vehicle go see Allan you won't find a better kinder more helpful Sales person. The staff at Focus Hyundai is all very nice. these ate before my car was safeties or detailed. Allan thank you so much for looking out for me you are the best.

I had a very positive experience with Mark in Sales and Sherie in Financial Services last week when I purchased my Hyundai Tucson. They were both very accommodating. As I had no car, Mark arranged Uber transport for me to be picked up from home to check out the car which I ended up buying. I was given a loaner car to go to an MPI office to insure my car. All my questions were answered promptly in person, via text/email. I was not rushed in any way in my decision making. Sherie was great in explaining the warranty plan in detail and I had a couple of days to decide when I brought in my cheque to pay for my car. When the vehicle arrived, the delivery experience was just as impressive. They took their time to explain all the features and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. Sherie in the finance department was also fantastic. She clearly explained everything that was included, what wasn’t included, and answered all our questions without any pressure.
