The customer service here is amazing, and they are always so consistent. I love coming here because the service is always excellent. They really go above and beyond on every visit.
Best customer service, got an oil change and they gave me a courtesy car without even asking for one, if the work is backed up they accommodate you. Hell i got a 2024 vehicle with a full tank, never ever did i get this kind of service at chaleur Automobiles in Bonaventure..besides chaleur auto is a rip off dealer never ever will i get a vehicle from them again...rip me off 3600$ plus transmission... Ford is the only way to go...good vehicles and excellent service.. They took all my chev problems away..
After trying to contact the Service Department several times over two days, in an attempt to arrange for a courtesy car for an appointment made two weeks prior, I received recorded messages (from "Ken" ) stating that they would call back in twenty minutes. Each time there was no call back. Today when I finally spoke with someone (Adam Leblanc), I was told "no courtesy car ". When I complained about the lack of customer service, Adam was not happy with me. I ended the call. Adam then called me back and sounding agitated , told me he was cancelling my appointment, and that I should go somewhere else. He then hung up. This is the complete opposite of Customer Service. I have never encountered such a pathetic representative of the Ford Dealership in New Richmond. He behaved more like "the Soup Nazi" in the famous TV series Seinfeld. This review has zero stars!!!! Adam should be fired. The worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere!!!
