It took much longer than I thought to get my vehicle back. I had to go in person to get a loaner scheduled. If you need them, definitely text them, I was not able to get ahold of them by phone. They were helpful in person, and they did fix my issue, but it did take two weeks. In all, it worked, they fixed the issue from what I know now. Nick did take care of me, but it was rough

Ashley was a fantastic salesperson, me and my girlfriend were more than happy with our experience with ford of Franklin. Ashley went above and beyond and was really on the ball. The bronco I wanted wasn’t exactly what they had on the lot, but she found one,gave us what we wanted for our trade, worked with our schedule and her and Anthony in finance stayed after the dealer closed to get us taken care of. I would recommend her and ford of Franklin to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Now we both have 2026 matching Marsh Gray vehicles haha
