I looked locally for the truck and they didn't have exactly what I wanted. I found the exact truck I was interested in online. We drove 3 hours to see it. We were very impressed with Jonathan and Ted as well as the Greg . We drove it home that evening the extras included like the warranty forever and surfaceCare added value. I believe they were honest and not pushy. I would definitely ride 3 hours to deal with them again. A+

Our experience at Lafayette Lincoln was made exceptional by Brad Shirer. It began with his picking up Yvonne’s phone call. She was seeking a price on a Lincoln automobile . He immediately made a case for the Lafayette dealership as well as presented the price requested. Convincingly, without pressure. he invited us to the dealership, and in a series of mutual calls, we provided a number of documents to ease a purchase. Our GPS got us off on the wrong exit, by phone Brad directed us to the dealership. He had, previously suggested a Corsair, told us about the car, and sent us photos and a video of the car. On arrival we were shown the car and we were given to the financial manager. Over an impressive desk, we completed the purchase following some much appreciated guidance from the manager. Brad familiarized us with many of the car’s features.
