Ford of Madisonville

Found my 2025 Ford Raptor on their showroom floor. The offered me a great deal on it immediately. Overall, the buying process was very easy and I drove it home.

Did not acknowledge fault with truck beforehand. Negotiated a price and said fault was the reason for the price after the fact. Drove 2 hours here and while the few salespeople were courteous, apparently management not so much. Honesty is key for good service.

Just an overall pleasant experience. The sales person was fairly new. I have experienced in the Car business and the sales manager knew that, and he introduced himself as soon as we got there. It was a very good experience. We will be buying from them again. Marcella was our sales associate, and Eddie was our Sales MGR. Great team all the way around.

What a seamless and smooth process by Jerome and JJ. They did an amazing job of taking care of me and my first big purchase. They had a lot of patience and made the deal worth driving an hour for. I was able to work everything out over the phone and all I needed to do was sign in finance. Big thanks to Tony as well. What a great team at Henson Ford. I will definitely be recommending them for any future purchases as well as to my friends and family.
