5 stars for Ford of Spartanburg. We purchased a 2025 Nissan Altima and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, consistent, and honest the whole way through. No games, no surprises—just straight transparency. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The process was fast, efficient, and actually stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. Huge shoutout to Haley Mayers—she was outstanding. Super nice, very transparent, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. She made sure everything was clear and handled right. On top of that, they got us a better rate than anything else we found, including my own bank’s pre-approval. If you want a dealership that actually keeps things straightforward and respects your time, this is it.

I am a reasonable person and I do not normally write reviews, but future buyers need to be warned about the deceptive sales tactics at this dealership. >I recently bought a used vehicle here. Throughout the sales process, the staff heavily implied that they inspect all of their inventory and that this car was in "great condition and works as it should." This was entirely false. The very next day, the steering began clicking and catching. It rapidly worsened to the point where the wheel felt like it was going to fall off. I took it to First Class Halt in Anderson, where mechanics discovered the sway bar was completely disconnected due to a failed, ungreased seal. They explicitly stated that if the loose sway bar had caught in the wheel while driving, it could have caused a devastating accident. As someone who is currently pregnant, discovering I was driving an entirely unsafe vehicle was terrifying. > The emergency repair cost $300. When I called Ford of Spartanburg for reimbursement, management refused, stating they actually *"don't do inspections on as-is cars."* > I would have been completely fine if they had just been transparent from the start. If they had told me they don't do inspections, I gladly would have hired an independent mechanic to check the car before buying. If they had found the problem and told me about it, we could have worked it out. Instead, they chose to mislead me. >The independent mechanic's report, and photographic evidence of the detached sway bar is attached >>They risked my safety and the safety of my unborn child over a vehicle they lied about inspecting, and then refused to take accountability for a $300 repair. Take your business elsewhere.

I received a letter in mail that my camera had a recall. I went in to Ford in Spartanburg spoke to service man and showed him the letter. He made appointment 4 days later to have my car picked up and delivered to me. I loved that part of the service. They send me updates on service check up and the reason them having my vehicle in they didn’t have the camera but almost a thousand dollars worth of other services I needed so I agreed to that and was told my camera replacement would be in a couple of days and they would call me. A couple weeks go by and I didn’t hear back so I drive back in to check on the camera again.They checked and said we can install your camera tomorrow arrange for another pick up the next day after them having my car almost 3 hours and them sending me something else they said I need in the check up and I refused because why you didn’t find it when you just had my car but the summary of this story is NO Camera they still don’t have all the parts!!!!!!

Bought a car from Haley Myers and she provided great customer service from start to finish. She was able to provide knowledgeable information about the 2020 Wrangler I was looking at without being pushy and ultimately we were able to make a deal in a price range I could afford.
