Unprofessional was my experience. Won't book a load here ever again if that's how you treat drivers trying to be safe and make sure I'm good to pull out of the dock and everyone is out of the trailer... So just be aware if you're picking up or delivering to be treated unprofessional. Never in my 3 years of driving have I ever been yelled at by a business until I came to ford...
Quick in and out and no issues other than the shipping/receiving lady needs to lighten up a bit. No need to be rude because clarification was needed for docking. Otherwise great experience.
