Forest City Mazda

My family just completed two deals, a lease buyout and a new lease. Both were handled efficiently and in a timely manner. The sales person Emily Ogden was very friendly and patient as we walked through the deals. The Finance person Andrea Etter explained all the financials and options, again in a friendly and patient manner. Both vehicles were finely detailed and ready when expected. An all round great experience. Recommended.

I am a regular customer at Forest City Mazda and always have a great experience there. The service is excellent. Dan at the reception is very friendly and professional. Check-in process is  smooth. Ratko always does an amazing job with my cars. He is the mechanic that anyone wants to have - skilled and completely trustworthy. Reliable and honest. He explains the issues clearly and never pushes for unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had purchased a Cx-5 from my local dealership and was not happy with the service so I contacted Dan at Forest city Mazda which is 1 hr away and discussed what they can do for me . Dan was very helpful and took care of my needs. I recently had the air conditioning fail and Nick and Dan did a thorough investigation to identity the issue at no charge to me and decided that they would fix this part which required two mechanics for a full day. I am beyond thankful for all that Dan , Nick and the entire dealership has done to ensure they went the extra mile to make my experience the best it can be Forest City Mazda has the attitude and care for the customer beyond the sale of the vehicle and I highly recommend this dealership for any service you need Very professional all staff that I have dealt with

This review is for Chase! I bought my car back in 2023 and had an incredible experience with him. He made everything extremely simple and stress free as it was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Since buying the car he has continued to deliver amazing customer service by answering all my questions and checking in to see how my car is running throughout each year. I 100% will be returning to him when I am ready to buy my next vehicle and can highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car, especially those who are new to the market! A review from someone who did not purchase his new vehicle at Forest City Mazda: I was recently in the market for a new vehicle (and have bought). I called Forest City Mazda (F.C.M.) to get a few questions answered, see if it would be worth my time to come in. As it turned out, Mazda doesn't have the product I was in the market for, but I had THE best experience, speaking with Emily on the phone. She was professional at every turn, beyond generous with her time, knowledgeable about Mazda's products, and the industry as a whole. Emily listened (such a key skill), let me ask my 'dumb guy questions', gave informative answers, let me know that if she could be of any assistance, to not hesitate to contact her. Personable, with a terrific sense of humour, Humour is so important (in any profession) but I think, especially in sales. When I find myself in the market again, I will not hesitate to contact Emily. Truly, she was the best salesperson I spoke with in my search for my vehicle, it was just unfortunate that Mazda didn't have quite the product I needed/wanted. Emily may not have made this sale, but I would point any friends who are looking at a new ride in her direction, easily.
