I recently purchased my first car, a 2026 Honda Pilot Black Edition, and I cannot say enough good things about Paulo Lopez, the sales agent who guided me through the entire process, as well as the financial managers, Nicky and Susan, who helped me with the financing plan and all the necessary paperwork. As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t help but feel nervous and overwhelmed at the start. However, Paulo, Nicky, and Susan immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience comfortable. Paulo was very knowledgeable and transparent, he provided every detail I needed about the car without hesitation. Meanwhile, Nicky and Susan clearly explained all the financing options, gave honest advice on the best plans for my situation, and walked me through every step with no pressure at all.
