# Summary The dealership receives predominantly positive feedback for knowledgeable and non-aggressive salespeople who prioritize customer satisfaction and provide transparent guidance throughout the purchasing process. However, one customer reported serious issues including unresolved warranty claims on an electric vehicle, poor communication during service, and a critical incident involving a loaner vehicle that resulted in legal consequences.

First off I want to say the salesman I worked with was amazing, he was great to work with and had the very best of energy, he helped in getting me a great deal and went the extra mile for me! I recommend Cody Ankrom highly! I just bought a 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range with the FSD capability and it is an awesome car! I had a great experience and 100% recommend the staff at Fort Collins Nissan. I had a few questions after purchasing the vehicle and I got to sit down with one of the managers Cody Rayburn and he answered every question I had in great detail! He made sure I was happy with my purchase! Over all a wonderful experience and I will be coming back when I am ready to buy another vehicle! A+++

Really had a great experience with Genesis at Tynan’s Nissan in Aurora. She was super helpful. She didn’t come off as a pushy sells woman. Even though I had a pre approval from my credit union, she knew the features that I wanted to get, weren’t going to be possible with the pre approval I had. So she gave me more options with an affordable lease, which was a wayyy better deal than my credit union was offering. But she didn’t push or get an attitude, rather she showed me the SUV I wanted with every feature I wanted and gave me the option of what I wanted to do, then let me decide. I drove off the lot with a brand new ‘26 Nissan Rogue platinum with all the bells and whistles. It was definitely a big girl purchase I wasn’t expecting to make until next year. But I felt good about it. It was the first time, buying a car, where I felt like I got good deal that is in my monthly price range and didn’t feel like I got hustled. I highly recommend her. She was great!!!

May 23, 2026 Addendum: Remarkable that after nearly a year of silence, Fort Collins Nissan finally responds, only after the criminal case brought upon me by the aforementioned dealership, and which is tied to this situation, has been dismissed in my favor. FoCo Nissan - My heroes! Where was this concern during the months of conflicting instructions, threats (and ultimately felony charges) regarding the loaner vehicle, ignored documentation requests, failing EV battery concerns, towing expenses, lost income, home eviction, public humiliation, and legal chaos? A generic PR response after the damage is done is NOT accountability and is yet another punch to my gut. Are you serious? Are you serious?! I genuinely wanted resolution from the beginning. What I received instead was egregious escalation. Customers deserve basic human respect. They deserve more in my opinion, but without basic respect, there’s definitely nothing more coming. Transparency would be nice, but we know the foundation of your dealership would crumble. And I know that honesty is a foreign abstract noun to you all, but you should look it up. And in gigantic font, write the dictionary definition across your gorgeous showroom windows for your sales team to digest every day. Now that the dust has settled and the case is dismissed, suddenly there is concern and a desire to ‘work towards a satisfactory solution.’ I sincerely hope no other customer experiences what I went through simply from buying a car. Y’all have my number. If Fort Collins Nissan is genuinely interested in a satisfactory solution after nearly a year, feel free to have Roger Weibel reach out directly. He’s the only one that has the authority to offer a solution that will be deemed satisfactory. Again… “Truth walks slow and steady, but it never gets lost.” July 2025: This review is to inform future buyers. Within days of purchasing my 2022 Nissan Leaf, I began experiencing major performance issues. A full charge showing 187 miles dropped to 28 miles before the vehicle died near the Colorado/Wyoming border. I had to arrange towing myself and return the vehicle to Fort Collins Nissan less than three weeks after purchase—while still under their 30-day / 3,000-mile limited warranty. The vehicle remained in service for 29 days. During that time, I was told the battery required for repair was on “indefinite backorder” and essentially unavailable. Later, after speaking with Nissan Corporate, I was informed that while there may be delays, the part does exist and is not discontinued. This contradiction raised serious concerns about how my case was being handled and whether the warranty would be honored. While my vehicle was in service, I was provided a loaner. During this period, I was also in communication with Nissan Consumer Affairs and was advised to retain the vehicle until a resolution was reached. On July 22, 2025, I received a same-day notice to return the loaner vehicle. Before I was able to respond or act on that message, the vehicle was reported as stolen. This resulted in a police stop and my arrest, which escalated into a felony charge that is still being resolved. The consequences of that event extended far beyond the vehicle itself and have had a significant impact on my life. To this day: • The original vehicle issue remains unresolved • The limited warranty was not meaningfully honored • No accountability or resolution has been provided for the events that followed I want to acknowledge that many customers appear to have positive experiences with this dealership. However, my experience was the complete opposite. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase here to fully understand the limitations of the warranty, get all representations in writing, and proceed with caution. BUYERS BEWARE: If you’re in the market for a Nissan, I urge you: DON’T. Not at Fort Collins Nissan. Not at any Nissan. Simply turn around and leaf. Truth walks slow and steady, but it never gets lost.

I'm sharing my experience at Ft. Collins Nissan, because I was pleasantly surprised with my whole experience. Pat Rivera was the sales rep that initially contacted me making me feel very welcome to come look and test drive a used Pathfinder and a used Toyota Highlander. I had no intention of making a purchase but Mr. Rivera was very helpful as both my husband and I were new to Nissans and new to the Pathfinder. Mr. Rivera was not pushy or forceful. He was not condescending. I appreciated his suggestions and helpful comments. My Husband and I ended up buying a new Pathfinder from him and he has only been helpful and kind ever since. I would encourage anyone who might be looking for a Nissan or even a used vehicle to Contact Pat Rivera at Ft. Collins Nissan. We are very happy with our new Pathfinder.

Fort Collins Nissan is the best place to go for first time car buyers in Northern Colorado. I started my car buying journey 6 months ago went to a few places that were just straight up shady in Loveland, Foco, and even travelled to Boulder (I won’t name drop these places) because this review is about the amazing service I got from Foco Nissan! Anyways, 6 months ago I had called it quits. Ubered and Lyfted until it felt like the right time to go shopping again with my rebuilt credit. From my first call into the store to getting my temp tags and registration, this dealership had my back through it all. Steve was a great salesman and really knew his craft! He put in maximum effort to get me a good deal, and was with me throughout the entire process. He sold me a vehicle me and my family could rely on and continued communication after the sale, which told me that this was more than just a job for Steve, it is his passion. Fort Collins Nissan cares about their customer satisfaction and to them this is more than just getting a sale, they really do care. If you are anyone getting a car, especially a first time car buyer skip the shady highway dealerships and go to Fort Collins Nissan, they will have your back. I will be coming here for all of my future purchases as well. They have a forever customer because of there unmatched quality and care. Thank you Fort Collins Nissan. Truly. -Liz O’Day
