Jeremy is an amazing person ! I stop at Toyota shop right before was closing. I asked for advice how removed some glue from the outside car. My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 from Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota and had a great experience. Our salesman, Reinhold (“Rhino”), was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Since we were located out of state, we had to handle much of the process over the phone. Reinhold went above and beyond by sending pictures and videos, which really helped ease the car-buying process and gave us confidence in our purchase. We went in a bit cautious based on past dealership experiences where we felt pressured into add-ons we didn’t need, but there was none of that here. The entire process was straightforward and stress-free. Reinhold, Brittney, and Charles all treated my wife and me with respect and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend! P.S. They might have the nicest bathrooms we’ve seen at any business—seriously! 😄
