I had an amazing experience at this Hyundai dealership today, even with the snow coming down. J.O. made the entire process so easy. She is hands down the BEST car saleswoman ever. I’ve owned a Palisade for 4 years. I wish I had found this place sooner. Went to Hyundai in Gastonia which is a nightmare. (Their machine in Gastonia said I had a number of things to be fixed…expensive things not under warranty…we ran). Walk into FM service center and was immediately met with smiling faces, looking at you Ryan! He took great care of me while offering Starbucks, snacks and a massage chair while my car was serviced! It was like heaven for a busy mom!! They serviced my car and all problems that popped up on Gastonia Hyundai’s machine, didn’t come up at Fort Mill! That told me that Fort Mill is truly in it for the right reasons. My second service was Tuesday and needed tires, oil change and recalls. Instead of waiting (which I was looking forward to) they put me in a loaner 2026 palisade to drive home. Car was ready the next day. Their service has truly been nothing short of amazing. Ryan reached out and asked me how the car was doing and if I had any questions. If you own a Hyundai, please do yourself a favor and go here. Sorry for the long review, but they deserve the praise, especially Ryan in the service center.
