Working with FSJ Ford Motors was a dream! They surpassed all of my expectations. David and Shannon made getting into my first vehicle so easy and swift! They did so much work for me behind the scenes that I could never thank them enough for! I appreciate the whole team! Truly a great experience! My wife and I bought a used 2019 Ford Escape from Luke @Fort Motors in Fort St. John. The process was easy and we loved our escape titanium. About two months after we had it, it over heated and even though it was a busy time for the dealerships service department, we were treated with respect and they accomodated us to our satisfaction. The vehicle then broke down again with an unrelated matter to the first and again we were treated fairly and fixed again. As it was a used vehicle, we were advised that things like this can happen, but they took care of the service and parts at no extra charge! From the sales dept. (Luke) to finance dept. to the service dept. we feel that they not only did their best for us, but went above our expectations, and for that we are very grateful. We will be purchasing our next vehicle here because of the way we were treated and wanted to give a big thank you to everyone at Fort Motors.
