Fort Myers Genesis

I had a great experience with Fort Myers Genesis. They took my car in for a manufacturer-covered repair and made everything simple and stress-free. Madison and Nathan were wonderful to work with, scheduling around my availability and making sure I got my car back when I needed it. Excellent service all around and I highly recommend them.

I flew in from Chicago to buy a used GV70, and from the moment I landed, Raena Sidler made the entire experience exceptional. She picked me up from the airport, helped me find a hotel, and even recommended a great place for dinner. That kind of care is just not something you expect from a car dealership. Raena was patient, warm, and made sure I was completely familiar with the car before I left. She even checked in to see that I'd arrived safely in Miami on my drive home — such a sweetheart. The finance department was equally impressive and made the paperwork side of things smooth and easy. They also steered me toward the tire and wheel warranty, and thank goodness — I've already had a scratched rim and a blown tire, and filing the claim at my local Chicago-area dealer was completely painless. It's already paid for itself! This is NOT your typical car dealership. Even though I can't use them as my primary dealer, I know I can call Raena anytime. It was absolutely worth the flight. 10/10!

I bought an NV70 from this dealer. My salesman was TJ Bower. I hate buying cars, but TJ and the team made the process, dare I say, fun. TJ took all the time we needed to cover everything about the car and the purchase. The NV70 is easily the nicest car I’ve ever driven, much less owned. An email from Genesis had links to videos for just about everything you’d question. I have felt very supported by the team here at Ft Myers Genesis. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a luxury car.

Although they were communicative with me and had my car back on the road in 24 hrs which I greatly appreciate they did not have a loaner car until mid March and when I received my car back it had not been washed. Seems small but when you pay almost $90,000 for a new 2025 which now only has 4,000 miles on it and the car was completely undriveable, it shouldn’t matter where you bought your car, I purchased in Michigan where i live full time and am here for the winter. I was told that a computer recall software update came out for my 2025 GV80 which I never received an email on nor did it show up in my car app. Seems like if that were the problem I would have been notified of the recall. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly remember the little AND big things matter.

Nick greeted me upon my arrival in a courteous and professional manner. We discussed what needed to be done to the car and how long it would take. I was then directed to the waiting room with very comfortable seating, and convenient rest room facilities. The work on the car was completed in a timely manner, including a complimentary car wash. Before leaving Nick and I discussed when my next service should be scheduled and what should be done at that time. Overall very satisfied with the service.
