I just purchased an Infiniti QX60 from this dealership and honestly, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I originally stopped in just to look at the used inventory. A salesperson (Sean) approached me, was helpful and low-pressure, offered to send me info by email only (which I appreciated). I received emails later that day, but I had moved on from wanting that vehicle. A few days later I received a text, not from the salesperson but from someone in the office, just checking in to see how my car-buying process was going. It was really respectful and not pushy at all. I told them I was deciding between two 2022 Lexus vehicles, and they said they could put me in a 2025 Infiniti QX60 with very low mileage for about the same price. I went over to test drive it, was greeted by Sean, the sales person I talked with previously, as well as Greg, the team member that texted me. I immediately loved it! What a great vehicle. We talked numbers, I gave them my figures, they gave me theirs, and the negotiation was straightforward, calm, and honest. No pressure, no games. I even asked for time to run everything by a friend, and they were completely patient while I waited to hear back. That alone says a lot. While I was signing paperwork, my salesperson was outside getting my car ready, filling it with gas, and making sure everything was perfect. They also connected me with a great finance company at an excellent rate, far better than another dealer I had been working with. I never once felt rushed or pressured, and I truly felt comfortable enough to say no and walk away if I wanted to, which is rare in car buying.
