Chris Herring was an awesome sales representative. His cordial and sincere demeanor made us feel very comfortable. All of our questions were answered promptly without hesitation. We had a wonderful experience buying our new Pathfinder… even with an extended test drive the whole process was around 2-3 hours…there’s always the negotiating factor. We are very pleased with purchasing a dependable, high-end product with beautiful interior and exterior colors ,and just enough technology to be efficient without being overwhelming. Fair price on our 10 year old trade in vehicle and with the end of the year rebates for a new vehicle purchase, it worked out great all around. Headquarter Nissan made a little and we saved more than expected with the end of the year additional $5000 cash reduction on top of negotiations and Nissan rebates.
