Unfortunately accidents happen, however, Mike and his team at Fort Rouge always exceed expectations…. It doesn’t matter the make of vehicle, they have repaired my Mercedes, Acura, Passat, our CX5 and now our Tesla! I trust only Fort Rouge with body work. My Tesla P3 is a 2018 and was known for paint issues… when the paint started to fail from factory, Mike made it better than factory. I have referred countless friends and family over the years and nobody is ever disappointed!

This was the first time I used Fort Rouge Auto Centre, specifically the auto body shop. There was one area where they said they would try and fix it as best they could. They did an unbelievable job, not only in one spot that I was concerned with but the whole truck. It looks like a brand new truck, absolutely amazing. I bought a used SUV from Fort Rouge Auto Centre and I am not sure I did the right thing to do that. The car had a problem with the front camera. I told them whether they would fix it for free and they said sure. I bought the car but and went there for the repair. At first they said we REPLACED the camera but it did not help so get back to us later. Whenever I went there to do the repair, I was told different excuses; we need a new tool, we just got the tool but it needs calibration, we do not know how to fix it and has to ask the the manufacturer's mechanic but he is on vacation, etc. After months, I just gave up and went to the manufacture's dealer. I was told the problem is not with the camera but with the wiring, the camera is visibly loose and the wiring is obviously messed up. This makes wonder if they even touched my car when it was there for the repair. It cost me more that $1000 to fix the camera. The least they could do is to say "we do not want to fix it"; that would have saved me months of back of phone call and back and forth going to their shop. Happy to share to VIN number in case I get a reply to this message saying "they have no record of me" lol Edit: They contacted me and paid for the repairs.
