Foster Chevy-Cadillac made this one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I’ve ever had. I was searching for a hard-to-find vehicle in a specific configuration and discovered they had it in stock. I gave them a call and worked with Tate completely remotely to complete the deal. He was professional, courteous, communicative, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He even picked me up at the Cleveland airport when I flew in to get the car! I also worked with Theresa in finance, and she was equally great—professional, courteous, and communicative every step of the way. I wish every vehicle transaction could go this smoothly. Last Friday afternoon I had a serious engine incident that was presented to the Foster service department for an”emergency” repair. .The staff quickly got to work and did a fantastic job of solving the problem that I came to understand was a major fix. Every individual involved was courteous and certainly very skilled at the job at hand. Much appreciated! Thank you to all that participated in effort.

I made a mistake by going against my own judgment after ready all the awful reviews about this dealership and gave them a chance and sure enough it has been an awful experience! I was promised my second key and for the on star to be fixed on my 2022 suburban z71 they refuse to stand by what they said they was going to do! Salesman Daniel is a liar and a dishonest person please do not do business with this dealership! They will lie to you and take your money and you will never be able to get in touch with them again!!!

Went here after my vehicle was totaled and the staff in the collision center was great. They were very helpful with all my questions and making sure I got all the things out of my car as well. Recommend the collision center for anyone who recently was in an accident and needs the extra care. Add the photos of my accident! Hit a deer on the highway head on. I was all good but sadly the deer was not. Hope he is resting easy. Poor little fella !

The service department at Fosters was absolutely amazing! I arrived in Sandusky with my family for a night at Kalahari on a Wednesday . When I got off the freeway my check engine light came on in my 2025 GMC Acadia. I noticed my engine fan was running and it looked like I had dumped some sort of coolant went I was unloading our vehicle. I was able to get my family checked into the hotel and searched out the closet GMC dealership which was Ken Ganley Buick/GMC. I arrived there at about 3:30 PM. I explained to the service representative that I was from out of town and only in for one night. In not so many words I was told he couldn't help me and couldn't even guarantee me getting my car back before the weekend. I left feeling dejected scrambling with what to do being an out of state traveler 3 hours away from home. I found the next closest GM dealership which was Foster Chevrolet. I arrived there around 4 PM and was met by service representative Chris Titus. I explained what had happened and my situation. Chris and the service manager went to work for me. They provided me with a free loaner car and said they would push up my vehicle on the list so it would get looked at sooner. They didn't promise that it would be done by the next day, Thursday, but said they would try. That's all I needed to hear to be satisfied was that they were going to try and take care of me. I left for the waterpark and was able to enjoy the night with my family not worrying about a vehicle repair. The next morning the service manager called and told me what the problem was. She even said that she was going to send out an employee to another dealership to buy the necessary parts that morning so I didn't have to wait another day for the part to be delivered. Chris called around 3 PM later that day and said my car was fixed under warranty. We were able to go pick it up and return home safely. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for me and my family. Because of their kindness and understanding I was able to enjoy my time with my family without worrying. Simply put they were amazing. If I didn't live so far away I would buy my next vehicle from them.
