Foundation Cadillac

Foundation Cadillac misrepresented the vehicle I ordered and then refused to correct it. I special-ordered an Escalade IQ in Magnus Metal Frost, but the SUV delivered was Midnight Steel Frost — a color Cadillac did not even offer on the 2025 IQ. The dealership never disclosed the change, and I only learned the truth after signing the paperwork. When I raised the issue, I was told in writing that there is “zero difference” between the 2025 and 2026 models, even though the color I ordered was never available on the 2025 configuration at all. They also submitted DMV paperwork listing the color as “gray,” which matches the wrong color they delivered, not the one I ordered. (Screenshots attached.) The photos originally sent by the dealership were taken in lighting that obscured the true color, making it appear darker and closer to what we believed we were receiving. Once seen in normal daylight, the mismatch was obvious. Management was contacted promptly and given an opportunity to make this right, but they have not provided a remedy or meaningful response. This was not a misunderstanding — it was material nondisclosure and misrepresentation during a special-order purchase. I strongly caution buyers to verify every promised specification in writing before trusting representations made by this dealership.

New management is ruining the once great face of a luxury vehicle. It used to be a luxury service experience to match a luxury ride. Now it is an hour and a half wait for a shuttle when last week it was a Lyft ride home while waiting for service on a vehicle. Previously, it was a loaner car when you owned a Cadillac. Of course, my car is back in twice for the same reason (supposedly fixed last week). Foundation is truly starting in the basement.
