Great all around experience again. If you haven't worked with Jon before I highly reccomend you do. He is great at what he does and I will not work with anyone else. It doesn't stop with Jon, the receptionist was great and the nice young lady in the finance department.

What turned out to be an unfortunate accident ended up being a great experience. I worked with Tim, who was able to get my Explorer in within just a week of the accident. Fox provided me with a brand-new rental vehicle at no cost, which was a huge help since I don’t carry rental coverage. Repairs took a few weeks due to the holidays and waiting on some smaller parts, but it was never an inconvenience since I had a vehicle to drive. After the accident, I noticed a small scratch on the hood that wasn’t included in the original estimate. I mentioned it to the body shop, and without any hesitation, they replaced the hood. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked brand new. The quality of work was excellent, and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. They even went above and beyond by calling me immediately when they noticed I had left my house key on the rental keys and placed in rental so I could pick it up before closing. I will absolutely return here for any future work on my vehicles and highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with Shelby and Brad Working with them to get my new truck. They were very responsive and Patient while I decided what truck I wanted, And then got what I wanted. Keegan made the paperwork smooth and easy. I will recommend them and this Dealership to others.

First off, Greg was fantastic. He was very easy to deal with and never once pressured me into anything I didn't want. Secondly, Keegan was also fantastic. She had all the paperwork ready when I arrived which made the process very quick and painfree. They each took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt ignored or pressured. Greg and another sales guy (can't remember his name) took the time after the sale to get everything set up in my new truck.
