I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership and would not recommend them. My vehicle was in for a recall repair and ended up being kept for nearly 8 months, which is already unacceptable. Throughout that time, communication was poor and I constantly had to follow up myself for updates. I was never offered a loaner vehicle, which made the situation even more difficult. Instead, I had to rely on a rental, and the reimbursement process was a constant headache that required multiple follow-ups and took far too long to resolve. When I finally got my vehicle back, the experience only got worse. The car was returned with almost no gas, no courtesy oil change after sitting that long, and I was unexpectedly charged for a part with little explanation. The overall lack of care and customer service was very frustrating. I also want to note that my service advisor, Samantha, was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse and left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. After months of inconvenience, I expected at least a smooth and respectful experience upon return of my vehicle, but unfortunately that was not the case. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers are treated with more transparency, urgency, and professionalism.
