Fox Lexus Of El Paso

Thank the Lord I always have a wonderful experience at this Lexus dealership in El Paso. Shout out to Arturo, Marcos, Aaron, Roman, and the rest of the staff whose names I may not know at the moment. My apologies 😬 but they all offer great customer service and the new video walkthrough is exceptionally thoughtful❣. Thank you ALL for exemplifying Lexus in the most excellent way. I did my shopping on line and inquired about the 2025 lexus IS sports D. Roman Duenez responded quickly and now my husband and I are driving a brand new sporty car. Roman is really a very nice guy, got a great deal, and even delivered the car to our home. Highly recommend Roman if you're looking for the right vehicle. Also the finance department was awesome.

UPDATE- emailing “owner” as requested to see if it’s just talk… waiting for a response 06.01.26 I was just told that parts falling off your BRAND NEW LEXUS are not covered under warranty… think about it no matter how big or small- a little cover panel, a mirror or a muffler ARE NOT COVERED!?!?… think about it before your next purchase… it also took several months to get a response from Fox Lexus and I finally got one from Art Gonzalez… VERY DISAPPOINTED and will greatly change my mind on where I purchase OUR NEXT OR THIRD (3rd) LEXUS from them….

***Update*** Was contacted by Lexus after review. Diego was able to schedule my wife’s vehicle for service and was able to repair a couple of other items covered under warranty purchased with vehicle. A+ for Diego! Just called to schedule service. Could hear a female on the background dropping F bombs. Was told the earliest appointment would be in two weeks. Not good customer service.

I purchased my SUV from Fox Lexus exactly two years ago, and my experience since driving off the lot has been incredibly frustrating. At the time of purchase, I was only given one key but was explicitly promised that my second key would be ready for pick-up in two weeks. When that time passed and I followed up, I was told it would take two months. Fast forward to today—two entire years later—and I still have not received my second key. I am deeply disappointed by this blatant false promise and the complete lack of accountability from this dealership. When you buy a vehicle from a reputable brand, you expect them to honor their word and value their customers after the sale is closed. That has not been the case here. I expect management to contact me immediately to resolve this ongoing issue and finally provide the key I am rightfully owed.
