Very unprofessional and no one seems to be available ever. Had a recall fix done on my vehicle & they had to order the part. Said they’d call when it was delivered. Over a month went by and no call. I called myself and they were confused on the situation. Finally brought the car in. Morgan gave us an estimate of a 3 hour wait. We ended up waiting for 7 hours without any updates and having to call 3 times to try to get an update. No one was ever available. We live an hour away and finally someone called us an hour before closing that it was ready. Morgan was outside talking to some random person, saw us walk in to pickup and ignored us. Handed us the key without any explanation or paperwork on what was done. This dealership is awful and very unprofessional especially that service advisor.
