# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews regarding sales experiences but struggles significantly with service department responsiveness and follow-through. While some customers praise salespeople for their attentiveness and problem-solving, others report frustration with incomplete repairs, lack of communication about service issues, and dismissive attitudes from service staff.

It was 2.5 Stars until I saw they didnt even bother to do some light vacuuming to remove the pine needles that were removed from the sunroof and some sort of blue substance on my mats. Also only half of the problem was fixed. Kevin was my advisor. Took my Jeep in for a recall. Recall fixed. Asked for a quote ($1100) to possibly replace my motor in my sunroof that wouldnt close. I declined and asked for the sunroof (glass and cloth) to be shut permanently. Received a quote ($650) and agreed to it. Today, I found out that the tech was only able to close the glass portion but they still expected me to pay the same quote ($650) even though they couldnt close the cloth portion as discussed prior. This was due to the tech “trying everything he could”. He tried everything except calling me to let me know it couldnt be done? No call to discuss progress. No chance to even get the entire thing fixed while it was open and easily accessible for the tech. Kevin did say he could ask another tech for a solution to shut the inner cloth portion before I picked it up today. Yet, this is senseless to me because when I asked to see if I could get a credit to just go ahead and fix the entire thing, I was quoted the same ($1100) due to the tech needing to open it up again. So why would another tech open it up again, look at it, not have a solution, and Fletcher not charge me for that labor? I learned that just isn't the way of business at Fletcher. If they would charge me for the entire unit to be fixed without a credit since the tech needed to open it back up, I probably would be charged for another tech to open it up and take a look at it again, just to not have a solution. Solutions should have been thought about while the ceiling of my car was open. The work I was told would be done, was not and I still had to pay full price. Overall, it would have been nice to get a call in the first place to see if I just wanted to go ahead and proceed with replacing the entire unit if the tech was unable to shut the cloth portion. If I decided to go along with replacing the entire unit without the credit, that would have been upwards of $2000 or more to this company. Now, Im under the impression this was done intentionally for money. I decided to pay the money to take my Jeep to get it fixed somewhere I can trust. Disappointed. Ultimately, I wont be going back to Fletcher for any service or purchases nor can I give a recommendation.

Great no pressure dealership good cars on the used lot friendly and helpful Thanks. P.S. Do check the cars though they sold me a certified pre owned vehicle with dirty engine and cabin air filters sub par wipers and engine oil life not reset. Disappointing for supposedly getting a certified pre owned vehicle where all these things should be addressed.

My husband passed away very unexpectedly a few weeks ago and his mom called here to see what help they could offer in selling my husbands truck. Brian at Fletcher and my mother in law had no idea I had bought my jeep here 5 years ago which was a great experience. Brian listened to a crying mother trying to sell a truck and get the best offer for her daughter in law. Brian did just that and has made it as easy on me as possible. There have been instances he could have tried to sell us something especially after coming to the house and seeing my Jeep was purchased there. I hate purchasing and caring for a car. I am often treated very differently than when my husband would take the car to get the same service. Brian has made something very difficult to do very easy and helpful for me.

If google would allow I would give there service dept a 0. Just bought a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited L, and a few hours after leaving the dealership the jeep shows an error for right front headlight service required. Called salesman and he made arrangements with service dept to have vehicle brought in by last Friday. When I arrived I asked for a sales advisor Pat he came out and I was trying to explain the issue but for some reason he was not understanding that the issue was the right front Amber light was out. Well low and behold I get there and it’s working. So after a brief conflict with Pat they take the vehicle back. Jeep was not even back there 10 min and while I was out front there service dept manager Dewayne came out and greeted me and asked what the issue was and he also basically did not want to hear what I was saying. This issue was communicated from my wife to the salesman and he was supposed to relay the message to the service dept and as soon as I said that he told me to forget what the salesman said well I guess that never happened. All I was told by Pat and Dewayne it’s working now yea no kidding I know that but there still is an issue going on. So I went to pick up car no paperwork or any information if any work or inspection was done to headlight (highly doubt) so I left. Well this past weekend guess what happened the right front Amber strip light went out again and the same notification popped up on screen in car saying right front headlight service required. Sunday night I send in a service inquiry for Pat or Dewayne to call me along with the issue that was going on with car and here it is 2:45 pm on 6/1/26 and I have yet to receive a call from anybody at that dealership. Yes I did buy an EXTENDED WARRANTY. This will be the last time I do business with this place ever horrible horrible service dept Manager and Advisor. This vehicle will never go back to there worthless an incompetent service dept ever. I will be taking my vehicles to Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge and Jeep for all of my servicing needs or future purchases where they listen and value there customers and are not confrontational this place just put a bad taste in my mouth for the last and final time. Maybe this review will be seen by the right person and changes could be made or addressed but this place will never get my business or referrals to use this service dept

Ethan Dwyer was extremely awesome. He reached out to me, asked if I was looking to trade in, told him my conditions, came back with 110% of what I wanted for my next vehicle. Got me everything I wanted over the phone. Had it shiny & fueled up as I pulled in the dealership. Made the swap over process easy & quick. And spent 20 minutes doing paperwork & was out the door & on my way. Also got my Jeep App/Garage updated for my Jeep wave. Also made sure I was good on using the new clusters & set up on the new head unit for the vehicle. 100/10 on service. Highly recommend. Did NOT plan on buy from Fletcher after previous Salesman experience at Fletcher but Ethan now has my business!
