Right when I walked into Honda, Isaiah walked up to me and asked what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted and he did his best to find the best option available. He did not try to sway me another way, nor was he pushy with anything the entire visit. He and his team did their best to get me into a vehicle that suited our family’s needs and for the exact price I was hoping to pay. I was not expecting that, but I’m very pleased with the service I received. Isaiah was friendly, relatable, and knowledgeable about the business of buying cars. I happily recommend Fletcher Honda to my friends.

Edgar was great! Very helpful and patient when I went to get my new car, the 2026 Honda pilot! He even helped me put in all season floor mats himself. I really appreciated all of his help and his patience in answering any questions I had. Took the new car for a drive to the lake yesterday and it drove really well too! 😌

I have been looking for a 2026 Honda Passport Trail Sport since they came out last year. My daughter and I were out test driving the mid-size SUVs that were on my list. Having given up on finding a Trail Sport, we stopped by Frank Fletcher Honda in Bentonville to test drive a Honda Pilot. Low and behold, they had a 2026 Passport Trail Sport, but it was out being driven by one of the service reps. A salesperson named Wes Hunniford put in a lot of effort to get it back on the lot, and we were able to test drive it. To make a long story sort, I am now the proud owner of a 2026 Passport!! I am 71 years old, and I have bought a LOT of cars in my life. Buying this car from Frank Fletcher with assistance from a great salesperson like Wes Hunniford has without a doubt been my best purchase experience ever!!
