We had been looking for an XT4 for weeks & looking at the local Cadillac dealerships inventory. Found one at Frank Kent in Fort Worth. Called and I was connected to Patrick Estrada. We drove over from N. Dallas, test drove it, & decided to buy on the spot. We made the deal & he was so thoughtful he added the red bough. She was ecstatic. I was buying from out of state so transparency and having everything handled before I flew out was important. Patrick was great from beginning and even after. He was quick to get me any info I needed even if it was after hours and he was transparent through it all. He respected my time since I was flying in and had everything ready when I arrived and even made sure to take pictures of me with my new car. He’s continued to follow up multiple times and answered right away when I called him with a question about something that wasn’t in his “scope”.
