This is my third vehicle purchase from Franklin Motors each car that I bought not a problem. I was very satisfied. The staff is very respectful and helpful and they show me love.

Was looking specifically for a Toyota tundra. Traveled an hour to look at a few and they had the best experience from the dealerships that I visited. Staff were very kind and professional and made everything easy for me. Also a great truck and would recommend this dealership to anybody. I’ll come back next time I’m looking for another car.

Do not go here! The cars are not worth it and will not last long. I purchased a car from them on April 9th and not much longer from that I started to hear a noise. I’d like to add that when I went to test drive the car, it wouldn’t start because the battery was completely dead. The cars are not serviced prior to selling. I finally Took it to the Nissan dealership on April 24th and there are a plethora of issues with the car. The oil needed to be changed it hadn’t been changed in a while- per the Nissan mechanic, rotors are rotted, and Basically the car needs an entire new engine. I’m not sure why I can’t upload the video of the mechanic’s findings but I will keep trying. I’d like to add that BAILEY is rude and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money getting the warranty because it won’t cover any issue with the vehicle.

We just purchased a 2015 Ford explorer here. I've been online looking for a car for a while and was nervous about getting into a payment. As soon as I hit send to the pre-approval, I got a text saying it was being reviewed and someone will get back to me. We got approved and everything was set up and ready by the time it took us to take the drive. Bailey was super nice and professional. She helped us understand the loan and also helped us get a warranty 🙌. The cherry on top is she's bilingual! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting a car.

Updated review as of 3/20/2026: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚫🚫🚫 These people are scam artists. 7 months after purchasing a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, my husband had to yet again, park the car because it is not drivable. Over $2-3k in repairs since driving it off the lot. Called them today at 9:41am, spoke to a lady who did exactly as i thought, recited the "once we sold it to you, we don't care about you" slogan. Told my husband, "I'll talk to the mechanic to see what could be wrong and we can try to get you a discounted price". Good place(NOT). Nice people(NOT). Carlos and Bailey are very knowledgeable(ABSOLUTELY NOT).
