Franklin's Spring Creek Ford

I recently purchased a 2023 F250 King Ranch at Franklin's Spring Creek Ford and a great experience it was. The listing came up on my Facebook feed, I called and made a 3 1/2 hr. drive from NE FL., he truck was exactly as advertised. One of the quickest I ever purchased, no hassles, no surprises as most was done over the phone on the road. My Salesman "Pete" was very knowledgeable about the truck, very down home professional personality who I could relate to made it easy. Dave, in finance was great explaining ever detail. Although getting close to closing time I inquired cost and installation time for a front leveling kit and new off road tires. Parts and tires were in stock. I was given a very fair price and said go for it. The Service Manager Hunter had his guys spring in to action and had it all done in just over an hour! These guys would make a great NASCAR pit crew, very impressive. Needless to say a great experience with the entire cast of "Pete", Dave and Hunter. I'll definitely be back over to Franklin's Spring Creek Ford in the SWGA farming community with future business. Well done guys!

We were traveling through the area in our Ford Transit when we hit plumbing debris on the highway. We reached out to Franklin's Spring Creek Ford and they made room in their schedule to see us immediately. The entire service team were prompt, friendly and professional. They inspected our vehicle from top to bottom and got us on our way! We were truly impressed with everyone at Franklin's Spring Creek Ford! We highly recommend!

Will not buy another vehicle through this place or riverbend. Was not the most pleasant buying experience and after getting blown off not once, but twice while trying to get my warranty information on my truck and having to call a 3rd time just for the person (Dave) I was talking to to act a little annoyed at having to do his job after claiming to not have been able to find the information yesterday, and not bothering to let me know. To magically being able to find it in almost seconds on the 3rd phone call while I’m on the phone. Will avoid this company for now on.
