Contacted them for a carfax on a vehicle through multiple routes before calling. When I finally got a hold of someone over the phone they said they would sent it without getting my information. I tried calling back to deliver my information and they kept hanging up on me/ not pick up

We went to see the cars they had. and we liked one and we asked one of them twice if it was a clear title, and he assured us that it was a clear title. And we told him that we wanted the car and we left a down payment. But in the end, when we got the carfax from where I work and the carfax showed that the car was a total loss. We told them about that information and we had all the peper to prove them but they didn't say anything . The only thing they care about is to sell your any cars. In the end, we told them we don't want the car anymore. And they assured us that we got all the money back because it wasn't our fault,it was their fault. But in the end they didn't give us all the money. People like those are not safe to do business with them. If you see this review, just make sure to surch information about the car you want to buy. There are a lot of places where you can find a car to buy. Don't just go in one place.
