I had a great experience with the GM dealership service department when I was having issues with my truck. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They worked closely with another shop to properly order a replacement part (DEF heater). Because my truck had frozen underneath, they kept it overnight to allow everything to properly thaw and clear so they could install the new part first thing in the morning. Thanks to their planning and effort, I was back on the road the very next day. A special thank you to Jennifer at the front desk, she explained everything clearly, kept me informed, and made the whole process smooth. Really appreciate the level of customer care. Highly recommend!

1000 stars. This team went way over and beyond. My 2024 Equinox was a write off Dec 6th. Dec 16th I was rolling off the lot with a 2026 Equinox The kindness and flexibility was beyond my expectations. I was stuck in Vancouver with 3 plane cancelations The staff kept amazing communication with me. Made things much easier when I finally got back to Quesnel. All I needed to do is come in and sign the papers.

Unfortunately, our brand new truck experienced some issues, but the service team demonstrated exceptional courtesy and understanding while we were understandably upset about the inconvenience of being without a truck for a couple of weeks. They were very apologetic, even though the circumstances were beyond their control. We appreciate their consistent professionalism throughout the multiple calls we had to make. I have never dealt with anyone as rude and unprofessional as Shane the General Manager there. I will not take any of my 6 GM vehicles there any more nor will I be purchasing from them again. Very sad his staff as to deal a person like this.

Shane and his team are awesome. The financial department and the parts/service department are extremely helpful, I would recommend anyone to shop at Fraser River Chev. Everyone was extremely helpful when it came to buying a truck and parts from their dealership.
